Request received
Our coordination team will reply by email, typically within 1 to 2 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends and holidays. For anything urgent, email coordination@deafblindtip.org with “URGENT REQUEST” in the subject line.
What to Have Ready
- Date(s), time(s), and location
- Type of event and whether it is in person or virtual
- Number of Deaf, DeafBlind, or Hard of Hearing participants
- Communication preferences (Visual ASL, Tactile ASL, Protactile Language, and so on)
- Additional access needs (CART, assistive listening, Co-Navigator)
Response Times
- Monday to Friday
- Typically within 1 to 2 hours.
- Weekends and holidays
- May take up to 48 hours.
