Cancellation Policy
DB-TIP follows a standard 48-business-hour cancellation policy.
- Cancellations received more than 48 business hours before the assignment: no charge.
- Cancellations received less than 48 business hours before the assignment: charged in full.
Standard Rates, Non-Profit Rates & Pro Bono Services
DB-TIP understands that not everyone who needs interpreting services is in the same financial position. Standard rates generally apply across assignments; however, DB-TIP gladly works with non-profit organizations and, in certain circumstances, those in need of pro bono services. DB-TIP stays current, offers competitive rates, and is committed to high-quality services.
