• If a cancellation is received in advance of 48 business hours, there is no charge.
• If a cancellation is received less than 48 business hours, the request will be charged in full.

DB-TIP understands that not all those in need of interpreting services are in the same financial position. Generally, standard rates apply across assignments, however, DB-TIP gladly works with non-profit organizations and, in certain circumstances, those in need of pro bono services. DB-TIP remains current and offers competitive rates while promising high quality services.
